The First Step Out of Overwhelm Isn’t Trying Harder—It’s Building the Right System

Overwhelm doesn’t mean you’re failing—It means you haven’t found a rhythm that fits your real life yet.
This free Rooted Reset training will walk you through the first step to get out of survival mode and begin building simple, sustainable systems for your home.
It’s the starting point I wish I had when I was stuck in the cycle of chaos, and it’s tailored to help you take a deep breath and move forward—one step at a time.

What’s This About?

This free training was created to help you take the very first step toward bringing order to the chaos.

If you feel like you’re constantly playing catch-up, stuck in survival mode, or just unsure what to focus on—you’re not alone. I’ve been there too.

The Rooted Reset gives you a simple, realistic process to help you clear mental clutter, choose one small area to stabilize, and begin setting rhythms that actually work for your home and your season—not someone else’s.

You don’t need to overhaul everything. You just need a place to start.

Meet Lauren

 WIFE · MOM OF 5 · HOMESCHOOLER · BUSINESS OWNER· HOMEMAKING MENTOR

Years ago, I made the decision to leave the workforce and stay home with my children. It was during this time that I became deeply committed to learning how to love my family well and manage our home with purpose. I was eager to grow, but I also felt completely unprepared.

I devoured books, listened to podcasts, watched YouTube videos, sought mentorship, took courses, and learned from the godly women around me. Little by little, through much trial and error, I began to piece together what truly worked in the day-to-day of homemaking.

As I put systems and routines in place, everything “clicked.” They took root, and over time, they helped me become more faithful and joyful in my role as a wife and mom.

I soon realized that these systems weren’t random—they were layered, intentional, and purpose-driven. And eventually, I developed a method to help other mothers build their own systems from the ground up… saving them the time, frustration, and years of trial and error that I faced.
